All timepieces purchased from (except when marked "Final Sale" on item page) may be returned in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price* or store credit for an exchange. All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return a watch please contact us for the mailing address. In order to process your return, you must include our return form.

Please make sure to inspect your watch as soon as you receive it. Before removing any tags or factory tape, check over the watch to see that it is in perfect working order, with no blemishes. All of our watches are 100% brand new. Once the watch is worn or sized (and even if it is unworn but the plastics have been removed) we cannot accept a return of the watch. We are not able to accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was not received that way. Watches may be returned only if they arrive in non working condition. Each watch purchased from includes the original manufacturer's warranty. Watch Hand is prohibited from reselling an item as new once the warranty has been issued. This further ensures our customers that their watch has never been issued to anyone prior (much like a title to an automobile). You may take your watch to any authorized dealer worldwide for service and or maintenance. This is a vital component when purchasing a high end timepiece. It is strongly recommended never to purchase a watch without the original manufacturer's warranty.

Please note:

  • All returns must have a pre-assigned Return Authorization No. (RA#) from Please contact us prior to your return for your RA#. This number must be boldly displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without a pre-assigned RA# clearly written on the outside of the box will be refused.
  • All products must be returned in their original unworn condition (with the bracelet, strap or clasp never sized) including packaging, manuals, protective tape/plastics & hanging tags fully intact and never removed from the watch.
  • The order must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. Returns will be credited in full minus the original shipping charges.
  • Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
  • Returns must be shipped via prepaid insured traceable delivery (for e.g. UPS or FedEx) Please note: FedEx does not insure watches valued above $500. If your watch is valued above that amount please use an alternate shipping method.
  • The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment. Please note: We do not ship out of the USA

*Credit Card orders are subject to a 6% restocking fee.
