  • Do your watches come complete with everything?
    YES, everything is included. Box and instruction manuals ,warranty certificate are all included. Exactly like you would recieve from the retailer.
  • Are your watches brand new?
    YES, all of our watches are 100% brand new.
  • How do I know that your watches are authentic?
    Watch Hand offers a full gurantee of authenticity or your money back. We are in the high end timepiece industry since 1996 and have an all positive business rating.
  • Where do I go for warranty issues?
    Please find your nearest authorized dealer/service center for any service and or maintenance. Most of the manufacturers offer warranty service worldwide. Should you need help finding the authorized dealer closest to you please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
  • Do you resize bracelets?
    Sorry we do not adjust bands/straps. Perfroming service to a new watch could void the manufacturer's warranty. Please find your nearest authorized dealer/service center and they will be happy to assist you.
  • What do you do with our personal information?
    All transactions are processed using a secured site. Any personal information is strictly confidential and is used for consumer protection and identification purposes only.
  • How do you ship?
    All orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EST are sent out via fedex next day air. Saturday delivery is available for an extra Fedex charge of $12.00.
